Tourism Internships Available
Diya Travel has hosted a number of successful internship programs in the fields of marketing, IT, copy and travel writing and product development. If you too would like to form a part of one our intern programs or would like to propose your idea, please view the programs that are currently open or email us at internships@diyatravel.com.

Below is a list of documents we require from you. Please ensure that all documents are put together in a proper manner including proper layout and spelling. It must be professional. In your cover letter, please tell us about yourself. Include a picture of yourself either in your CV or cover letter. Tell us what you wish to obtain from your time with Diya Travel and where you would like to be in the next 5 to 10 years.
Diya Travel is passionate about travel. We enjoy our work and believe in making the clients vacation that is booked through us just as enjoyable. We believe that to do this we require people that are passionate and professional.

Product Development Internship
An internship for Product Development and Marketing exists at Diya Travel Consultants in South Africa. Diya Travel provides online luxury travel services for the 4 and 5 star market to Southern Africa with a focus on African safaris and accommodation.
The candidate will be required to:
1. Seek out, review and capture information concerning the provider
2. Be responsible for the promotion / marketing of these providers according to company policy
3. Handle all administration related to the workload
4. Report to the product / marketing manager
5. Work with the online marketing team
6. Work with the media team on the newsletter and blog
7. Under go some training for working on the systems
8. Be computer literate
9. Be studying tourism / travel and / or marketing
10. Ability to speak and write in English
11. Ability to do copywriting advantageous

Copy / Travel Writers
An internship for Copy Writer exists at Diya Travel Consultants in South Africa. The primary focus would be to source / provide content for the websites.
1. Handle all administration related to the workload
2. Report to the product / marketing manager
3. Work with the online marketing team
4. Work with the media team on the newsletter and travelblog
5. Under go some training for working on the systems
6. Be computer literate
7. Be studying tourism / travel and / or a language related study
8. Ability to speak and write effectivly in English
9. Be able to write
